Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 Release Candidate 1
Microsoft’s first release in year of 2009 is Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 RC1. You can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/beta/
As per Microsoft website RC1 is:
Short for "Release Candidate 1". Release candidate software is ready to be evaluated by users while it undergoes final testing. You may experience minor bugs or compatibility issues with websites while browsing.
Generally web browser used by end user as well as Internet application developer. Microsoft has goodies for both of them. Let’s have a look at it.
Developer’s point of view:
Enhancement for CSS
Protected Cookie enhance
ActiveX improved
Improved AJAX XMLHttpReq object

User’s point of view:
Automatic crash recovery (same concept as office & VS)
Phishing filter is also improved
Suggestion for search (like chrome)

I have noticed above improvement, there may some more. One should have look at it, at least once.
